Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam.
An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it. The privacy policy page can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Media
If you are a registered user and upload images to the site you should avoid uploading images that contain EXIF GPS location data. Site visitors can download the images from the site and view the location data.
Contact forms
Personal contact information is captured when the contact form is filled out. This data will be kept in our mailbox. The personal contact data will be kept for the purpose of providing service. The retained contact data will not be used for marketing purposes.
Cookies
When you leave a comment on our site, you can indicate whether your name, e-mail address and site may be stored in a cookie. We do this for your convenience so you don’t have to enter these details again for a new comment. These cookies are valid for one year.

With whom we share your data

How long we keep your data
When you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata will be stored forever. This allows us to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically rather than having to moderate them.
For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
